This policy explains what information iMowiT (“we”) collects when you use imowit.com, the iMowiT app and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored by our sign-in provider; we never see your password).
Property details: addresses, the lawn outline and size we measure, notes you add for our crews (gate codes, pets, where the mower docks) and photos you upload.
Service records: quotes, signed agreements (including the signature details: name, time, IP address and browser), visits, service requests, messages and reports.
Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card or bank account number; we keep what you paid, when, and Stripe's reference numbers.
Device information: if you use the app, a notification token so we can send you updates. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser) when you use the website.
Marketing choices: whether you agreed to receive offers by email or app notification, and when.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and perform the services you ask for, and to tell you about them (emails and app notifications).
To take payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
To answer your messages and reports and to keep our crews safe and informed.
To send offers, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time in your account settings or with the link in any offer email.
To protect our services (for example, checking that forms are filled in by people, not bots) and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of our service for us, under their own privacy terms:

Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database and sign-in), Resend (email), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection and domain), Google (address search and satellite views), Expo (app notifications).
Our staff and, in future, our service partners (subcontractors) who need your property details to do the work. [Placeholder: describe subcontractor access once the contractor program starts]

How long we keep it

Security

Your information is protected by encrypted connections, access rules that let each customer see only their own records, and two-step sign-in for all iMowiT staff. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We'll post any changes here and, for important ones, tell you by email.
